Collaborating with John Alkemade & Associates, we crafted a home that feels light, airy, and spacious while integrating natural materials like Blackbutt timber flooring on the first floor and in the basement to add a touch of warmth to the modern design.
The open-plan living space includes a state-of-the-art kitchen that extends to an outdoor entertaining area which features a barbecue and large deck that flows seamlessly into a lush garden. Our client opted for a full landscaping package with Alto Landscaping, complete with an infinity-edge pool to enhance the outdoor living experience.

Luxurious touches are present throughout. A great example is the Snow Stone White Polished Concrete floors in the kitchen and living area which are equipped with hydronic heating. The home features a purpose-built home theatre, a wine cellar with solid Victorian Ash timber joinery, and a six-car garage with a custom-finish vehicle turntable.
